Clark Wendt – Owner, Pilot, Flight Instructor
Clark has logged over 4,000 hours in a variety of single engine, multi engine and rotary wing aircraft. He started flying airplanes at the Wabash Municipal Airport in 1993, earning his Private, Instrument Commercial, Multi-Engine and Flight Instructor Ratings. Always fascinated with helicopters he pursued his dream of rotary wing flight at Tomlinson Aviation in Ormond Beach Florida, earning his helicopter add-on ratings in the Schweizer 300 and the Robinson R22 helicopters. While in Florida Clark found that he had a passion for flying and instructing in helicopters. He was also impressed with the focus on safety and the quality of the aircraft and instruction he received while there. He wanted to be able to offer the same quality aircraft and safety orientated training in North East Indiana. In 2005 he decided to purchase a Robinson R22 Beta helicopter and a Piper Cherokee 140 airplane to offer quality aircraft and one-on-one training to his clients.
